摘    要:目的:比较包衣锅和半自动包衣造粒机制备微丸的方法。方法:对分别采用包衣锅和半自动包衣造粒机制备复方氨酚烷胺胶囊微丸的方法及微丸的部分指标进行比较。结果:半自动包衣造粒机制备的微丸堆密度大,休止角小,填充装量差异小,制备微丸的整个过程符合GMP要求。结论:用半自动包衣造粒机制备微丸应予推广。

Abstract:Objective: To compare two methods of bed coating and automatic bed coating to prepare granulation and pellets. Method: Compound pellets were prepared by both methods of bed coating and automatic bed coating granulation. Result: Automatic bed cating granulation preparation of pellets were biggish bulk density, smallish caesural corner and filling quantitative difference, the methods of automatic bed coating granulator preparation of pellets accorded with the demands of GMP. Conclusion: Automatic bed coating granulator preparation of pellets method can be used instead of bed coating preparation method.
