| 摘 要： | 目的探讨WISP-1、Ki-67在腺样囊性癌中的表达及其生物学意义。方法收集19例涎腺腺样囊性癌病例,按有无神经侵犯分为神经侵犯组(9例)和无神经侵犯组(10例),用免疫组织化学SP法检测WISP-1、Ki-67在癌组织中的表达。结果WISP-1在神经侵犯组腺样囊性癌阳性表达率为100%(9/9),而在无神经侵犯组腺样囊性癌阳性表达率仅为40%(4/10)。结论WISP-1高表达可能与腺样囊性癌的发生、神经侵犯有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and their significance of WISP-1 and Ki-67 in the salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC).Methods Immunohistochemical staining(SP method) was used to determine the expression of WISP-1 and Ki-67 in 19 cases of SACC.Results The positive expression rates of WISP-1 were 100%(9/9) in the group with infiltration into nerves,and 40%(4/10) in the group without nerve infiltration.Conclusion The higher expression of WISP-1 was related to the carcinogenesis and nerve infiltration of ... |
