| 摘 要： | 本文对上海华山医院神经外科学研究生的临床技能培养进行了调查分析,并对专科医师的培养进行了探讨。在医学博士与专科医师培养关系上,针对不同培养类别提出了衔接方法;专科医师的培养基地应该有相当数量的床位、指导医师和病种,同时,需要组成专家指导组进行临床指导,并且要有一定的、符合实际情况的培养要求。

| Abstract: | Through analysis the result of recent investigation of clinical medical postgraduate students of neurosurgery, discussing the incoming specialists training. How to connect the training of clinical medical postgraduate students with specialists training considering different type of medical doctor. The specialists training base should include quite a number of beds, instructors and variety illness. The specialists training instructors should organize as team to instruct. The specialists training requirement should be higher and practicable. |
