| 摘 要： | 目的:了解阑尾盲肠交界处的临床解剖特点,减少阑尾切除术后并发症的发生。方法:分析110例阑尾盲肠交界处的解剖类型,同时进行了全阑尾切除术。结果:110例阑尾盲肠交界处解剖类型分为缩窄型68例(61.8％),平直型25例(22.7％),漏斗型17例(15.5％);110例急性阑尾炎行全阑尾切除手术顺利,术后全部治愈出院。结论:行全阑尾切除术时掌握阑尾盲肠交界处的解剖类型,有助于手术顺利施行和减少术中、术后并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To find out the clinic anatomic characteristis in the boundary of appendix and cecum in ander to decrease post - operative complications of appendectomy. Methods: The anatomic types in the boundary of appendix and cecum in 110 cases were analyzed and all were total performed appendectomy. Results:The anatomic type of 110 cases were divided into stricture type (68/110,61.8%) ,straight type(25/110,22.7% )and funnel-shaped type(17/110,15. 5 % ). All cases healed well after appendectomy. Conclusion:Understanding the anatomic type in the boundary of appendix and cecum will help to perform total appendectomy successfully and decrease operative and post - operative complications. |
