| 摘 要： | 清营汤是治疗温病营分证的代表方,而烧伤初期的表现及病理与营分证热入心营,伤阴扰神的病机相符.我们在临床取得满意疗效的基础上,进行清营汤治疗烧伤小鼠的实验研究.结果发现:清营汤能明显缩短烧伤小鼠创面水肿消退时间和脱痂愈合的时间;降低创面毛细血管通透性;对恢复烧伤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和提高T、B淋巴细胞的增殖活性有显著作用.烧伤模型组小鼠巨噬细胞产生白细胞介素1(IL-1)的量和血清中IL-1含量均有明显升高,而治疗组IL-1的含量明显降低,说明清营汤具有抗感染和提高免疫力的双重功效.

| Abstract: | The experimental study on the effects of Qingying Decoction (QD) for treating mouse burn was carried out after satisfactory clinical efficacy of QD was achieved. The results showed that in the mice with burn, QD could remarkably shorten the time for relieving the wound edema and the time for inducing the wound to heal with decrustation, decrease the capillary permeability of the wound surface, and exert marked effects for restoring the phagocytic function of abdominal macrophages and increasing the proliferative activity of T and B lymphocytes. The results also showed that both the amount of IL 1 produced by macrophages and the level of IL 1 in serum in the mice in the burn model group were obviously increased, while they were markedly decreased in the mice in the QD treating group, which suggests that QD can both resist infection and promote immunity. |
