| 摘 要： | 目的探讨钛镍形状记忆合金治疗各种类型骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法采用钛镍形状记忆合金治疗各种类型骨折110例。其中:锁骨骨折42例,髌骨骨折25例,尺桡骨骨折39例,肱骨骨折3例,股骨骨折1例。结果本组随访105例,时间6周至15个月,平均6.8个月,骨折均临床愈合,1例锁骨骨折拆除内固定后发生再骨折。结论钛镍形状记忆合金内固定治疗骨折具有创伤小,手术操作简单,与人体组织相容性好,骨愈合周期短等特点。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the operative procedures and results of treatment of fractures with Tinitanium shape memory Alloy.Methods The 110 cases of fratures were treated with Tinitanium shape memory Alloy including clavicle 43 cases, patella 25 cases, ulna and radius 39 cases, humerus 3 cases,femur 1 cases.Results 105 of the 110 patients were followed up for 6 weeks to 15 mouths,average 6.8 months. The fractures were all healed up,1 case of clavicle was refacture after operation.Conclusion The characteristics of Tinitanium shape memory Alloy in the treatment of the fracture are easily operating, less tissue injury,shorten the recovery time,and good tissue compatibility compared to the traditional methods. |
