金属树脂临时粘结桥在上颌前牙种植义齿修复中应用的临床效果

目的:评价金属树脂粘结桥在上颌前牙种植义齿修复中作为过渡义齿修复的临床效果。方法:上颌牙区1～2颗牙缺失的种植义齿修复患者,在种植体植入术后即刻或拆线后应用金属树脂粘结桥临时修复,并作软组织整形,观察其临床效果。结果:共完成35例35件金属树脂粘结桥,2例1个月左右松脱,再次粘固,余均无松动脱落持续至种植体行永久修复,最长8个月,观察期内19件临时义齿出现不同程度染色,不过患者对美学效果仍感满意。结论:金属树脂粘结桥行对前牙缺失种植义齿修复期间临时修复,患者主观感觉舒适,美观效果较满意,不影响伤口愈合。

The application of metal resin bonded bridge in the anterior zone of maxillary transitional repair after implant

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of the metal resin bonded bridge in the anterior zone of maxillary transitional restoration after implant.Methods：The patients with 1～2 anterior maxillary teeth missing were repaired by implant denture,after implanting operation or taking out stitches,made the transitional fixed restoration immediately by metal resin bonded bridge and soft tissue trimming,then its clinical effect was evaluated.Results：In a total of 35 cases,2 of them broken off after 1 month and rebonded.The others did not loose before the followed restoration,up to 8months.During observation period,discoloration occurred in temporary dentures to varying extends,but the patients were satisfied with the esthetic effect.Conclusion：There were comfortable feeling and satisfactory aesthetic result with the metal resin bonded bridge,it did not affect wound healing and could meet the requirements of the transitional repair after implant.
