摘    要:目的:观察新型纳米复合骨修复材料明胶-羟基磷灰石-米诺环素复合物(Gel-HA-M)的抗菌性。方法:以生理盐水作为释药介质,称取0.2 g Gel-HA-M纳米复合骨修复材料做体外缓释实验,并以不含米诺环素的Gel-HA作为对照组。取第1、3、5、7、14、21、26、30天的缓释液,分别对牙龈卟啉单孢菌(Pg)和金黄色葡萄球菌进行体外抑菌实验,以此观察Gel-HA-M纳米复合骨修复材料的抗菌性。结果:Gel-HA-M纳米复合物具有抗菌性,并在第30天时仍具有抗菌性,能够抑制细菌生长。结论:Gel-HA-M纳米复合物能够较长时间地持续缓释米诺环素,对于Pg和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有良好的抑制作用。
