| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心理护理对腰硬联合麻醉下手术患者应激反应的影响。方法：将腰硬联合麻醉下手术患者60例随机分为对照组和心理护理组各30例,对照组患者手术前及手术过程中进行常规护理;心理护理组患者在实施常规护理的同时进行心理护理。观察两组患者手术前、手术中、手术后血糖、皮质醇、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素水平及心率、收缩压的变化情况。结果：对照组在整个手术过程中收缩压较进手术室时升高,心率也加快,而心理护理组无明显变化;对照组在手术过程中血糖、皮质醇、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素浓度均高于心理护理组。结论：心理护理能显著减轻腰硬联合麻醉下手术患者应激反应。
