地特胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗老年糖尿病合并冠心病疗效观察

摘 要 目的：评价地特胰岛素联合阿卡波糖对老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者的疗效及安全性。方法: 60例老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者随机分为Det组（地特胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗）和NPH组(低精蛋白锌胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗)。比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2hBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）水平变化，观察两组低血糖、心绞痛发生情况。结果: 治疗后，两组FBG、2hBG、HbA1c水平均较治疗前明显降低（P<0.05），但两组间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。Det组低血糖及心绞痛发生率均明显低于NPH组（P<0.05）。结论:地特胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗老年糖尿病合并冠心病，疗效确切，且安全性高。

Curative Effect of Insulin Detemir Combined with Acarbose on Elderly Diabetes with Coronary Artery Disease

ABSTRACT Objective: To evaluate the curative effect and safety of insulin detemir combined with acarbose in the treatment of elderly diabetes with coronary artery disease. Methods:Totally 60 cases of elderly diabetes with coronary artery disease were divided into two groups. One group was treated with insulin detemir combined with acarbose (Det), and the other group was treated with isophane insulin combined with acarbose (NPH). The levels of FBG, 2hBG and HbA1c of the two groups before and after treatment, and the incidence of hypoglycemia and angina pectoris pretherapy were observed and compared. Results:After the treatment, the level of FBG, 2hBG and HbA1c of the two grops were statistically significant than before(P<0.05),but there were no significant differeces between the two grops(P>0.05). The incidence of hypoglycemia and angina pectoris in group Det was lower than that in group NPH, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Insulin detemir combined with acarbose is safe and effective to lower blood glucose of elderly diabetes patients with coronary artery disease.
