针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型中风随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型中风疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组30例补阳还五汤(赤芍15g,黄芪50g,川芎、当归、地龙各15g,杜仲30g,牛膝25g,红花15g,桃仁、穿山甲各10g,麦冬25g,龟甲20g;便秘加麻子仁、肉苁蓉,头晕耳鸣明显加钩藤、菊花,血瘀明显加三七),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服。治疗组30例针刺,取穴百会、风池、肩髃、臂臑、曲池、手三里、外关、合谷、后溪、髀关、足三里、阳陵泉、三阴交、太冲、太溪,辨证加减,30min/次,1次/d;补阳还五汤治疗同对照组。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组基本恢复12例,显著10例,进步6例,稍进步1例,无变化1例,恶化0例,总有效率96.67%。对照组基本恢复8例,显著7例,进步10例,稍进步2例,无变化3例,恶化0例,总有效率90.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。症状评分两组均有明显降低(P0.01),治疗组降低优于对照组(P0.01)。[结论]针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型中风,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。
