六味地黄汤改善肝肾阴虚型骨质疏松症下肢肌力随机平行对照研究

目的]观察六味地黄汤改善肝肾阴虚型骨质疏松症下肢肌力。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号方法随机分为两组。对照组30例阿法骨化醇,0.5ug/次,每晚1次,口服。治疗组30例六味地黄汤(熟地黄25g,山药30g,山茱萸15g,茯苓10g,牡丹皮15g,泽泻10g,骨碎补15g,续断15g,淫羊藿30g),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组临床控制12例,显效10例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组临床控制6例,显效12例,有效4例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]六味地黄汤改善肝肾阴虚型骨质疏松症下肢肌力,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。
