四君子汤联合西药治疗脾胃气虚征随机平行对照研究

目的]观察四君子汤联合西药治疗脾胃气虚征疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例根据检查结果及临床症状对症治疗。治疗组40例四君子汤(人参、白术、茯苓各10g,甘草5g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、便常规、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈15例,显效20例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈13例,显效19例,有效2例,无效6例,总有效率85.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]四君子汤联合西药治疗脾胃气虚征效果显著,值得推广。

Control group cure 13 cases, 19 cases were markedly effective, effective in 2 cases, 6 no effect, the total effective rate was 85.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Sijunzi decoction treatment of spleen deficiency syndrome, is worth promoting.
