葛根素联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

目的]观察葛根素联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将180例门诊及住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组90例吸氧、扩冠、抗血小板聚集等常规治疗。治疗组90例400mg葛根素+250mL5%葡萄糖,1次/d,静滴;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心电图、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]心绞痛疗效:治疗组显效48例,有效35例,无效7例,总有效率92.22%。对照组显效23例,有效46例,无效21例,总有效率76.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。心电图疗效:治疗组显效42例,有效43例,无效5例,总有效率94.44%。对照组显效32例,有效33例,无效25例,总有效率72.22%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]葛根素联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛效果显著,值得推广。

The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Ecg curative effect ： the treatment group （ 42 cases were markedly improved, effective 43 cases, invalid in 5 cases, total effective rate was 94.44%. Control group 32 cases were markedly effective, effective 33 cases effectiveness and 25 cases, the total effective rate was 72.22%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Puerarin injection treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
