辨证论治便血80例临床观察

目的]观察辨证论治便血疗效。方法]采用前瞻性设计将80例门诊患者辨证论治。湿热瘀结用温胆汤以清热祛湿,和营止血;脾胃虚寒治以温肾健脾,益气止血;胃火炽盛以清热解毒,泻胃火;瘀血内滞用失笑散合丹参饮以行气活血、化瘀止血;气不摄血用归脾汤以健脾益气,养血摄血;肝火犯胃用龙胆泻肝汤以清肝泻火,凉血止血。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、便隐血、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]痊愈32例,显效27例,有效13例,无效8例,总有效率90.00%。结论]辨证论治便血效果显著,值得推广。
