综合护理咳嗽变异性哮喘随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察综合护理咳嗽变异性哮喘效果。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组34例常规护理(一般护理、饮食护理,病情观察、药物护理等)。治疗组34例综合护理(辨证施护、饮食护理、外治护理、雾化护理、锻炼护理)。连续治疗护理60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、咳嗽、不良反应。治疗护理1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈19例,显效10例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率94.12%。对照组痊愈10例,显效12例,有效5例,无效7例,总有效率79.41%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]综合护理咳嗽变异性哮喘效果显著,值得推广。

[ Conclusion ] Cough variant asthma in Chinese medicine nursing effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
