苓桂术甘汤联合化疗治疗肺癌胸水随机平行对照研究

目的]观察苓桂术甘汤联合化疗治疗肺癌胸水疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组35例抽尽胸水,80~100mg顺铂+30m L生理盐水,注入胸腔,每周1次。治疗组35例苓桂术甘汤(茯苓12g,白术6g,桂枝去皮9g,甘草炙6g),1剂/d,水煎600m L,去滓,三次温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、胸水、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]临床疗效:治疗组全部缓解21例,部分缓解6例,未变化6例,恶化2例,总有效率77.14%。对照组全部缓解8例,部分缓解10例,未变化15例,恶化2例,总有效率51.43%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。胸水疗效:治疗组全部缓解5例,部分缓解4例,好转13例,稳定10例,恶化3例,总有效率62.86%。对照组全部缓解1例,部分缓解2例,好转8例,稳定12例,恶化12例,总有效率31.43%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]苓桂术甘汤联合化疗治疗肺癌胸水效果显著,值得推广。

Linggui Shugan Soup Plus Western Medicine Treatment of Lung Cancer Hydrothorax with Random Parallel Control Study

Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 70 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method. Results ] clinical curative effect： the treatment group all 21 cases, partial in 6 cases, 6 cases did not change, worse in 2 cases, total effective rate was 77.14%. Control group in all 8 cases, partial in 10 cases, 15 cases did not change and worse in 2 cases, total effective rate was 51.43%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Pleural effusion efficacy： treatment group total ease in 5 cases, partial in 4 cases, improvement in 13 cases, 10 cases of stable, deterioration in 3, the total effective rate was 62.86%. Control group all ease in 1 case, partial response in 2 cases, improvement in 8 cases, 12 cases stable, deterioration in 12 cases, total effective rate was 31.43%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ] Linggui Shugan Soup combined western medicine therapy of lung cancer hydrothorax chemotherapy effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
