倚水济木汤治疗肝肾阴虚代偿期慢性乙肝肝硬化随机平行对照研究

目的]观察倚水济木汤治疗肝肾阴虚代偿期慢性乙肝肝硬化疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将18例门诊患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组9例复方甘草酸苷50mg,3次/d,六味地黄丸6g,3次/d。治疗组9例倚水济木汤(五味子、枸杞子、菟丝子、沙苑子各15g,女贞子30g,北柴胡、木瓜各15g,鳖甲30g,青葙子、枳壳各15g),水煎450mL,早中晚各150 mL,温服。连续治疗45d为1疗程。观测临床症状、乙肝病毒DNA复制率(HBV-DNA)、血清肝纤维化(血清Ⅲ型前胶原-PC、透明质酸-HA、层黏连蛋白-LN)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]乙肝病毒DNA复制性(HBV-DNA)指标两组均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05);血清肝纤维化(血清Ⅲ型前胶原-PCⅢ、透明质酸-HA、层黏连蛋白-LN)治疗组明显改善(P0.05),对照组变化不明显(P0.05),两组间无明显差异(P0.05)。结论]倚水济木汤治疗肝肾阴虚代偿期慢性乙肝肝硬化作用有限,可能与肝硬化代偿期肝的形态改变以痰瘀互结为主要特点有关。

A Randomized and Contronlled Study about Yi Shui Ji Mu Decoction Treatment on Liver Fibrosclerosis

Objective ] To observe the Yi Shui Ji Mu Decoction＇ s clinical effects affer treating the patient with Liver fibrosclerosis caused by chronic hepatitis B. Method ] 18 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups, 9 cases in the control group were treatd with compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets.50mg t.i.d, p.o, Liu Wei Di Hunag Pill.6g, t.i.d, p.o, the treatment group treat with the decoction of the Yi Sui Ji Mu Decoction.150ml t.i.d.p.o, for 45 days.Observe the liver fibrosis lated Markes. （ HA.PCⅢ.LN. ）, and the lever of copy of HBV-DNA.. Results ] The two groups liver fibrosis marks were improved after the treatment.Compared to the control group, the treatment groups＂ were no significautly difference （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Yi Shui Ji Mu Decoction can improved patient＇ s liver fibrosis, but its advantage is limitied.
