清肺咳喘膏联合西药治疗痰热壅肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重随机平行对照研究

目的]观察清肺咳喘膏联合西药治疗痰热壅肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按病志号抽签方法随机分为两组。对照组30例抗感染、糖皮质激素、扩张支气管、持续低流量吸氧。治疗组30例清肺咳喘膏,百部、川贝、地龙、双花、麻黄、枇杷叶、前胡、甘草等制成膏剂,20g/次,3次/d,口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肺功能、血气分析、X线、ECG、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效18例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。对照组显效14例,有效6例,无效10例,总有效率66.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]清肺咳喘膏联合西药治疗痰热壅肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

Qinfei Kechuan Ointment Plus Western Medicine Treating Syndrome of phlegm-heat Obstructing Lung Of AECOPD By Random parallel control study

Objective ] To observe the curative effect of treating syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung of AECOPD with qinfei kechuan ointment plus western medicine. Methods ] With the randomized parallel controlled method, 60 patients in hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the pathography draw method, 30 patients each group, control group were given the routine treatment of anti-infection, expectorant, relieving spasm, glncocorticoids , continuous low flow oxygen inhalation.Treatment group using qinfei kechuan ointment, he tuber of stemona, tendril-leaved fritillary bulb , earthworm , honeysuckle , ephedrine, flower of loquat , loquat leaf, radix peucedani , liquorice and so on which the ointment, Oral use , 20g each time , three times a day, western conventional therapy use the same way like the treatment group, continuous course treatment 14d, observe the clinical symptom, pulmonary function test, blood gas analysis, X-ray, ECG, adverse reaction, after one treatment, response assessment . Result ] Treatment group cured were 18 cases, effective were 8 cases, invalid were 4 cases, the total effective rate was 90.00%, control group cured were 14 cases, effective were 6 cases, invalid 10 cases, the total effective rate was66.67%. The treatment group is better than control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion ] The qinfei kechuan ointment plus western medicine in treating the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung of AECOPD , satisfied with the effect, no side effect, is worth promoting.
