温肾方联合西药治疗高血压随机平行对照研究

目的]观察温肾方联合西药治疗高血压疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊及住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例坎地沙坦,4mg/次,3次/d;氨氯地平,5mg/次,3次/d。治疗组50例温肾方(陈皮10g,姜半夏、茯苓各15g,甘草炙10g,枳实5g,竹茹10g,石决明30g,夏枯草、泽泻、白术各15g,天麻10g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、收缩压、舒张压、头晕、呕吐、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈15例,显效30例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。对照组痊愈13例,显效28例,有效3例,无效6例,总有效率88.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。血压两组均有改善(P0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]温肾方联合西药治疗高血压效果显著,值得推广。
