辨证分型联合射频热凝靶点消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症100例临床观察

[目的]观察辨证分型联合射频热凝靶点消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]采用前瞻性设计方法,对100例住院患者射频热凝靶点消融术:C型臂下定位后,将射频针置入突出椎间盘后1/3处。在置入射频热凝电极,测试感觉及运动神经值正常,时间按60C0~70C0~80C030s,90C0180s。辨证分型:血瘀气滞,行气活血,祛瘀止痛,身痛逐瘀汤;寒湿阻络,温经散寒,祛湿通络,独活寄生汤;湿热阻络,清热利湿,通络止痛,大秦艽汤或当归拈痛汤;肝肾亏虚,补益肝肾,通络止痛,右归丸;1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、VAS评分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效:痊愈56例,显效41例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率99.00%。VAS评分疗效:优56例,良41例,差2例,无效1例,优良率97.00%。[结论]辨证分型联合射频热凝靶点消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,值得推广。

Continuous treatment for 15 days for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect.
