咳喘证治

咳喘病传统治法包括:"冬病夏治",扶正固本、补益肺气、宣肺化痰止咳、养阴生津止咳、健脾益胃、补肾纳气等。"病痰饮者,当以温药和之",寒饮为患,恪守温化。初起表未解而内有伏饮者,轻则以杏苏散,重则投小青龙汤;表解而饮未已者,苓甘五味姜辛汤、苓桂术甘汤、瓜萎薤白半夏汤等;肺胃失降,佐以二陈,旋覆代赭汤;虚寒甚,加黄芪、附子、六君等药。痰火在肺,清肃为先;木火刑金,滋水涵木;喘凡属肾,务必镇纳,疗效显著,价钱低廉,依从性好。
