固本止崩汤治疗气虚型功能失调性子宫出血56例临床观察

[目的]观察固本止崩汤治疗气虚型功能失调性子宫出血疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计,将56例门诊患者固本止崩汤(白术炒、生黄芪、党参、熟地黄、白芍、海螵蛸各10g,仙鹤草15g,川续断、焦山楂、荆芥炭各10g;血热加地榆炭、生地;血瘀加三七、茜草炭;肝郁加柴胡、郁金;腰酸加杜仲、桑寄生;阴虚加女贞子、墨旱莲),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚温服。有周期者月经前3d开始服,血止后3d为1疗程,无周期者自就诊日始服到血止后3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、月经血量、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈30例,有效23例,无效3例,总有效率94.64%。[结论]固本止崩汤治疗气虚型功能失调性子宫出血效果显著,值得推广。

Observation of clinical symptoms, bleeding, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 3 courses, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] Cured 30 cases, effective 23 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 94.64%.
