牵引联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症26例临床观察

目的]观察牵引联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对26例住院患者使用牵引+推拿治疗。牵引,患者仰卧位,固定带固定臀部和胸部,打开电源,从体重1/3开始,牵引5min、休息1min,30min/次,1次/d。推拿,牵引后5~10min开始,保持俯卧位,叮嘱放松身体,进行3~5次深呼吸,医师站在床侧,以腰部穴位为主,兼顾膀胱和腧穴,通过按、点、推、行法进行推拿,3~5次/穴;拨腰大肌3~5次,以肌纤维走向为准垂直进行推拿,同时,对承扶、环跳穴、委中、殷门、昆仑和承山进行点压,若有剧烈痛感,则转点为按揉,再进行弹拨,以患者感受舒适为最佳;再对下肢进行2~3次捏拿,帮助肌肉完全放松。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。结果]临床治愈15例,显效4例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率92.31%。结论]牵引联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,值得推广。
