中医时间护理干预风火上扰型高血压随机平行对照研究

目的]观察中医时间护理干预风火上扰型高血压效果。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组35例常规护理干预措施,入院后全面评估基本情况,根据病情采用心理护理、健康教育、用药指导及行为干预等。治疗组35例中医时间护理:择时服药、辨证施治、周月节律中医护理。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效17例,有效15例,无效8例,总有效率77.14%。对照组显效8例,有效12例,无效15例,总有效率57.14%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。结论]中医时间护理干预风火上扰型高血压效果满意,值得推广。

Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, judge curative effect. Results ] The treatment group of 17 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 77.14%. Control group 8 cases were markedly effective, effective 12 cases, 15 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 57.14%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.01 ） . Conclusion ] Time TCM nursing intervention of high blood pressure effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
