平衡推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症随机平行对照研究

目的]观察平衡推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,对52例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组26例放松腰骶部肌肉及腰椎复位。治疗组26例平衡推拿:按揉法、拿法、滚法等从胸椎中上段至腰骶部脊柱两侧膀胱经及两侧臀部、两侧下肢后外侧施术5~10min,着重弹拨、按揉脊柱两侧腰背部肌肉痉挛及压痛点、腰椎横突旁压痛点、髂后上棘压痛点及股骨大转子周围挛缩组织+胸椎小关节复位+腰椎复位,1次/d。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、腰腿功能、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈23例,显效2例,无效1例,总有效率96.20%。对照组痊愈17例,显效3例,无效6例,总有效率76.90%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]平衡推拿疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效满意,安全性高,值得推广。

Continuous 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. Results ] The treatment group 23 cases were cured, 2 cases markedly effective, 1 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 96.2%. The control group 17 cases were cured, 3 cases markedly effective, 6 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 76.9%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Balance massage therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, high security, is worthy of promotion.
