针刺联合推拿手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病随机平行对照研究

目的]观察针刺联合推拿手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院及门诊患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组40例1~1.5寸毫针,针刺治疗,选取:百会穴、风池穴、风府穴、大椎穴、天柱穴、肩井穴、颈百劳穴、列缺穴等,平补平泻,1次d,留针30min。治疗组80例1~1.5寸毫针,针灸治疗,选取:百会穴、风池穴、风府穴、天柱穴、肩井穴、颈夹脊、列缺穴等,平补平泻,1次/d,留针30min,再进行颈部按摩治疗30min患者取坐位,用握拳磙法松解颈项部三线,风池→肩井、风府→大椎,冈上肌以及背部竖脊肌;一指禅推痛点,推按风池、大椎,按揉颈项部两侧大筋,由上而下数遍。摇颈椎,拔伸颈椎。直擦颈项部项韧带以及两侧肌肉,以透热为度,30min/次,1次/d。两组均连续治疗1周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组治愈28例,显效22例,有效21例,无效9例,总有效率88.89%。对照组治愈11例,显效9,有效5例,无效15例,总有效率62.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]针刺联合推拿手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病效果显著,值得推广。

Conclusion ] Acupuncture combined with massage therapy cervical vertebral artery disease effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
