综合护理干预联合常规护理小儿反复呼吸道感染随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察综合护理干预联合常规护理小儿反复呼吸道感染效果。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将88例住院患者按就诊顺序编号法分为两组。对照组44例遵医嘱进行常规护理,1发热:35%~50%酒精擦浴,颈部、头部冷敷,乙酰氨基酚,0.5g/次,1次/d;2抗病毒护理:利巴韦林,10~15mg/kg,1次/d,静滴;3抗感染护理:青霉素,2.5万单位/kg,每12h给药1次,静滴;4营养支持;严重并发症针对性护理。护理组44例综合护理干预1中药护理,小儿顺气消炎方(茅根、芦根各30g,葛根15g),两次水煮,调和第1次及第2次,温热后口服;2食疗护理,取核桃仁研末1000g,补骨脂研末500g,蜜调,晨起温水送服一大匙,禁食羊肉;杏仁去皮,研细后水煎去渣,加入50g粳米,适量冰糖、水煮粥,温热口服;甜杏仁炒250g,清水煮1h,加入核桃仁250g,收汁,即将干锅时加入500g,搅匀煮沸可服用;3按摩护理,宣肺平喘、益气固表,取小天心穴,按摩3~5次;揉风池、风府穴,各揉10次;运太阳,按揉3~5min;揉推大椎穴,按、推、揉30~50次;推三关,食指、拇指合并使用,自下向上推拿100~300次;西医护理同对照组。连续护理7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续护理3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]护理组显效20例,有效22例,无效2例,总有效率95.45%。对照组显效16例,有效20例,无效8例,总有效率81.81%。护理组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]综合护理干预联合常规护理小儿反复呼吸道感染效果显著,值得推广。
