中医护理胃脘痛随机平行对照研究

目的]观察中医护理胃脘痛疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组60例常规护理。护理组60例中医特色治疗:辨证食疗、运动康复、健康指导;常规护理同对照组。连续护理7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续护理2疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈48例,有效11例,无效1例,总有效率98.33%。对照组痊愈25例,有效26例,无效9例,总有效率85.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]中医护理胃脘痛效果显著,值得推广。

Objective ] To observe the traditional Chinese medicine nursing weiwantong curative effect. Methods ] using random parallel control method, 120 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method. The control group, 25 patients were effective 26 cases, 9 no effect, the total effective rate was 85.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] TCM nursing weiwantong effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
