定喘方内服、清痰平喘贴穴位贴敷联合西药治疗支气管哮喘随机平行对照研究

目的]观察定喘方内服、清痰平喘贴穴位贴敷联合西药治疗支气管哮喘疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将125例门诊患者按就诊顺序号随机分为两组。对照组60例吸氧、抗感染、扩张支气管、糖皮质激素等。治疗组65例定喘方(白果、麻黄、款冬花、杏仁、桑白皮、半夏各9g,苏子、黄芩各6g,甘草3g),水煎200mL,1次/d。清痰平喘贴(白芥子、延胡索、甘遂、细辛、冰片),剂量比例为1:1:0.5:0.5:0.1,白芥子、延胡索、甘遂、细辛混合粉碎,加冰片、生姜汁调和,再加凡士林,做直径2cm,厚0.5cm药饼;取穴(肺俞、肾俞、脾俞、定喘穴),贴药时间以局部发红为佳,1~2h/次,1次/d;西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组临床控制28例,显效30例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率96.92%。对照组临床控制15例,显效23例,有效10例,无效12例,总有效率73.85%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]定喘方内服、清痰平喘贴穴位贴敷联合西药治疗支气管哮喘显著,值得推广。

Results ] clinical control 28 cases in treatment group, 30 cases were markedly effective, effective in 5 cases, 2 had no effect, the total effective rate was 96.92%. Control group clinical control in 15 cases, 23 cases had marked effect, 10 cases, 12 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 73.85%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Set square, acupoint sticking combined western medicine treating bronchial asthma effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
