复方虎杖酊创面喷洒治疗烧伤30例临床观察

摘    要:目的]观复方虎杖酊创面喷洒治疗烧伤疗效。方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对30例门诊患者复方虎杖酊(虎杖150g,黄芩、黄柏各100g,地榆80g,丹参50g,共研细末,过120目筛,80%酒精1000m L,浸泡48h,两层无菌纱布过滤,取过滤液密闭贮藏)治疗,双氧水、无菌生理盐水冲洗疮面,清除疮面坏死皮肤和组织,暴露创面,将复方虎杖酊溶液放入喉头喷雾器,间隔2~4h喷洒一次,12~48h左右结痂,3~4次/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、创面状况、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。结果]治愈18例,好转11例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%(29/30)。结论]复方虎杖酊创面喷洒治疗烧伤疗效显著,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Clinical Observation on 30 cases of Compound Huzhang Tincture Wound Spray in the Treatment of Burns

Abstract: Objective ] View of compound Polygonum tincture in the treatment of burn effect. Method ] Using a prospective design method, 30 cases of compound giant knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum tincture of 150g, Scutellaria, phellodendron bark lOOg, Sanguisorba offieinalis 80g, Salvia 50g) treatment, a total of research to fine, 120 mesh sieving, 80% alcohol 1000mL, after 48h of Soaking with two layers of sterile gauze filtration, the filtrate from airtight storage standby. Wash the dirt on the surfaces of wound with hydrogen peroxide, sterile saline, removing sores on the surface of the skin tissue necrosis and let sore face exposed, the solution into the sprayer, spray once at intervals of 2 - 4h, 12 - 48h, 3 - 4 times around the scab,/d. Continuous treatment with 7d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, the wound condition and adverse reaction. Continuous treatment of 4 courses of treatment, curative effect. Results ] 18 cases were cured, 11 cases improved, 1 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 96.67% ( 29/30 ) . Conclusion ] The curative effect of compound Polygonum tincture in the treatment of burns is significant, worthy of promotion.
