甘肾方治疗腹痛并发症随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察甘肾方治疗腹痛并发症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将33例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组33例东莨菪碱,0.5mg/次,1次/d,肌注;利多卡因,50~100mg/次,2次/d,静注;氯丙嗪,25~50mg/次,2次/d,静注。治疗组33例甘肾方(甘草、黄芪各25g,芍药、黄柏各5g,人参25g,升麻、葛根各15g,蔓荆子7.5g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、腹痛、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈17例,显效8例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率93.94%。对照组痊愈16例,显效7例,有效4例,无效6例,总有效率81.82%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]甘肾方治疗腹痛并发症,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

[Results] 17 cases were cured, 8 cases were markedly effective in 6 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 93.94%. Cured 16 cases in the control group, seven cases markedly effective in 4 cases, six cases, the total efficiency of 81.82%. Treatment group than the control group（P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Gan Treatment of renal disease in medical complications, the effect is significant abdominal pain, worthy of promotion.
