| 摘 要： | [目的]观察针刺提插泻法治疗枕大神经痛疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对40例门诊患者针刺夹脊穴、阿是穴、风池穴、悬钟穴,直刺得气后采用提插泻法,留针30min,1次/d,连续治疗5d为1疗程,休息2d,继续下1疗程。观测临床症状,不良反应。治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈10例,有效27例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%。[结论]针刺提插泻法治疗枕大神经痛,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

| Abstract: | [ Objective ] To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture lifting and thrusting reducing method of greater occipital neuralgia.[Methods] Using a prospective design method, prospective design, 40 patients with outpatient acupuncture Jiaji, Ashi, Fengchi, Xuanzhong, after piercing the air using the lift and thrust was reducing method, the needle 30min, 1 times / d, 5d as a continuous course of treatment, rest 2d, continue to the next course of treatment. [Results] 10 eases cured, 27 eases effective, 3 cases ineffective; the total efficiency of 92.50%.[ Conclusion] Acupuncture treatment of diarrhea lifting and thrusting occipital neuralgia, results were satisfactory, no side effects, worthy of promotion. |
