| 摘 要： | 目的]观测黄芩苷对溃疡性结肠炎患者CD4+CD29+抑制作用。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,按抛硬币方法简单随机分溃疡性结肠炎组33例,IBS-D组30例,健康对照组30例。流式细胞仪检测UC患者CD4+CD29+的表达及MTS法检测细胞增殖。结果]UC患者外周血中CD4+CD29+T细胞发现与健康对照组和IBS-D组相比,CD4+和CD4+CD29+增高;黄芩苷干预,第2和3天抑制增殖明显,在40umol和20umol浓度干预下CD4+CD29+较未干预前、DMSO干预、5umol干预和10umol干预之间有明显差异。结论]黄芩苷能通过抑制CD4+CD29+增殖作用治疗溃疡性结肠炎。

| Abstract: | Objective]Baicalin on patients with ulcerative colitis CD4＋CD＋29 inhibition. Methods] UC patients by flow cytometry CD4＋CD29＋ expression and cell proliferation MTS assay. Results]UC peripheral blood of patients with CD4＋CD29＋T cells found that compared with healthy controls and IBS-D group, CD4 ＋and CD4＋CD＋29increased; under baicalin intervention, 2 and 3 days inhibited proliferation evident in 40 umol and 20 umol concentration of CD4＋CD29＋intervention than before not intervene, there is a significant difference between DMSO intervention, 5umol intervention and 10 umol intervention.Conclusion]Baicalin as an important component of HQT one may treat ulcerative colitis by inhibiting the proliferation of CD4＋CD29＋. |
