清肺口服液治疗小儿病毒性肺炎痰热闭肺证随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察清肺口服液治疗小儿病毒性肺炎痰热闭肺证疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组40例利巴韦林,10mg/kg,1次/d,静滴。治疗组40例清肺口服液,10~20mL/次,3次/d。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、体温恢复时间、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈14例,显效22例,有效38例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈13例,显效21例,有效35例,无效5例,总有效率87.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。体温平均恢复时间治疗组少于对照组(P0.01)。[结论]清肺口服液治疗小儿病毒性肺炎痰热闭肺证效果显著,值得推广。

Qingfei Oral Liquid in Treatment of Infantile Viral Pneumonia with Syndromeof Phlegm-heat Close Lung Randomized Parallel-controlled Study

[ Objective ] Observation of Qingfei oral liquid in treatment ofinfantile viral pneumonia with syndrome of phlegm-heat close Lung effects. [ Methods ] Using a randomized parallel-controlled method, 80 inpatients andoutpatients on a random number table method is divided into two groups. 40patients with Ribavirin in the control group, 10mg/kg, 1/d, intravenous drip.Treatment of 40 cases of Qingfei oral liquid, 10 - 20mL/, 3/d, and oral. 10dfor 1 course continuous treatment. Observing clinical symptoms, adverseeffects. Continuous treatment of 3 treatments to determine efficacy. [ Results ] Therapy group recovered in 14 cases, having 22 cases, 38 cases, invalid in 2 cases, the total effective rate 95%. Recovered and 13 cases in the control group, having 21 cases, 35 cases, is not valid in 5 cases, thetotal effective rate 87.5%. Effect of treatment of Group better than thecontrol group （ P〈0.05 ） . Average temperature recovery time in the treatmentgroup than the control group （ P〈0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] Qingfei oral liquid intreatment of infantile viral pneumonia with syndrome of phlegm-heat closeLung effect is remarkable, worthy of promotion.
