参苓白术散治疗脾胃气虚型溃疡性结肠炎随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察参苓白术散治疗脾胃气虚型溃疡性结肠炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将48例门诊及住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。禁食辛辣、生冷、油腻食物。对照组24例美沙拉嗪,1g/次,4次/d。治疗组24例参苓白术散,6g/次,3次/d。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、便常规、腹痛、腹泻、脓血便、发热、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效14例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率91.67%。对照组显效8例,有效9例,无效7例,总有效率70.83%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。腹痛、腹泻、脓血便、发热改善时间治疗组均优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]参苓白术散治疗脾胃气虚型溃疡性结肠炎,疗效满意,无严重副作用,值得推广。

Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）.Time index treatment group than the control group improvement （P〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] SHENLINGBAISHU San spleen qi deficiency type ulcerative colitis treatment effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
