针刺联合宁神汤2号治疗肝火扰心型不寐随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察针刺联合宁神汤2号治疗肝火扰心型不寐疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例宁神汤2号(酸枣仁、远志、柏子仁各20g,珍珠母25g,五味子、石菖蒲各15g,郁金、钩藤各20g,石决明25g,天麻15g,龙骨、牡蛎各25g,朱砂1g),1剂/d,水煎900 m L,分早中晚三次口服。治疗组50例针刺(百会、四神聪、安眠、神门、内关、照海、申脉、太冲、侠溪等),神门、内关、安眠用平补平泻法;四神聪留针过夜;照海、百会用补法;申脉、太冲、行间、侠溪用泻法;宁神汤2号治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、睡眠状况、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效32例,有效13例,无效5例,总有效率90.00%。对照组显效22例,有效14例,无效14例,总有效率72.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]针刺联合宁神汤2号治疗肝火扰心型不寐,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

Continuous treatment with 10d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. Continuous 3 courses of ~reatment, the curative effect. 32 cases of group therapy. [ Results ] 13 cases were effective, 5 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 90%. The control group was 22 cases, effective 14 cases, invalid 14 cases, the total efficiency of 72%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] The effect of acupuncture combined with Ningshen Decoction No.2 for purging liver fire disturbance heart , insomnia, satisfaction, no side effect, is worth promoting.
