甘海胃康治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎随机平行对照研究

目的]观察甘海胃康治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将214例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组118例胃复春,1.436g/次,3次/d。治疗组118例甘海胃康,2.4g/次,3次/d。观测临床症状、症状积分、X线钡餐造影、胃镜、不良反应。连续治疗90d为1疗程。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈11例,有效96例,无效11例,总有效率90.68%。对照组痊愈12例,有效71例,无效13例,总有效率86.46%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。症状积分两组均有改善(P0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]甘海胃康治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果显著,值得推广。

GanHai Stomach Kang Capsule for the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Random Parallel Control Study

Objective ] To observe GanHai stomach kang capsule for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Results ] in treatment group recovered 11 cases, 96 cases, 11 cases, total effective rate was 90.68%. The control group, 12 cases recovered effectively in 71 cases, 13 cases of invalid, the total effective rate was 86.46%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Symptoms integral in the two groups were improved （ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] GanHai stomach kang capsule for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
