健脾补肾汤治疗更年期功血随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察健脾补肾汤治疗更年期功血疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将104例门诊患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组52例炔诺酮片,5mg/次,1次/6h,口服;止血3d后每3d递减1/3量,直至维持量2.5mg/d,持续至血止后20d,停药后撤退性出血,第5d开始继续上法用药开始第2疗程。治疗组52例健脾补肾汤(熟地20g,白芍10g,山药15g,党参20g,白术15g,当归、川续断各10g,黄芪炙30g,山茱萸15g,鹿角霜10g,姜炭炮3g,甘草炙10g,杜仲炒10g;出血伴有凝固血块加三七粉3g;倦怠乏力加人参末3g;发热烦躁加旱莲草12g,女贞子15g;手足寒凉加肉桂6g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗20d为1疗程。观测临床症状、月经(期-量)、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。随访半年,观测复发率。[结果]治疗组痊愈42例,有效9例,无效1例,总有效率98.08%。对照组痊愈38例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率96.15%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。随访半年,痊愈病例中治疗组2例复发,对照组12例复发,复发率治疗组低于对照组(χ2=73.51,P=0.025)。[结论]健脾补肾汤治疗更年期功血效果显著,值得推广。

Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 3 courses, to determine efficacy. 1-year follow-up, the observed recurrence rate. [ Results ] The cure 42 cases, effective in 9 cases, one case, the total efficiency of 98.08%. The control group healed in 38 cases, effective in 12 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency 96.15%. Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Follow-up of six months, patients in the treatment group recovered two cases of recurrence in the control group 12 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate in treatment group than the control group （ X2=73.51, P=0.025 ） . [ Conclusion ] Spleen and kidney soup DUB menopause treatment effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
