疏血通联合西药治疗心脑血管疾病随机平行对照研究

目的]观察疏血通联合西药治疗心脑血管疾病疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按抽签法简单随机法分为两组。对照组50例脱水、低分子右旋糖酐、降血压、止血、对症及支持疗法。治疗组50例4mL疏血通+250mL0.9%氯化钠,1次/d,静滴;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经功能缺损评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效20例,有效26例,无效4例,总有效率92.00%。对照组显效12例,有效20例,无效18例,总有效率64.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。神经功能缺损评分两组均有明显降低(P0.05),治疗组降低优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]疏血通联合西药治疗心脑血管疾病效果显著,值得推广。

Results ] The treatment group 20 cases were markedly effective, effective 26 cases, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 92.00%. The control group, 12 eases were markedly improved effectively and 20 cases, 18 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 64.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.01 ） . Neural function defect scale in the two groups were improved （ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] ShuXieTong joint western medicine treatment of disease of heart head blood-vessel, worthy of promotion.
