热毒宁联合西医治疗小儿手足口病随机平行对照研究

目的]观察热毒宁联合西医治疗小儿手足口病疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序号简单随机分两组。对照组30例10mg/kg利巴韦林+50~100mL5%葡萄糖,静滴;重症患儿降颅压,激素、丙球,纠正呼吸衰竭、心力衰竭等。治疗组30例0.5mL/kg热毒宁注射液+50~100mL5%葡萄糖,静滴;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、体温、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效19例,有效10例,无效1例,总有效率96.70%。对照组显效15例,有效11例,无效4例,总有效率86.70%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]热毒宁联合西医治疗小儿手足口病效果显著,值得推广。

Results] The treatment group 19 cases had marked effect, 10 cases were effective, 1 had no effect, the total effective rate was 96.70%. The control group, 15 cases were markedly improved effectively in 11 cases, 4 cases were invalid, the total effective rate 86.70%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion] Toxic heat ning plus ribavirin treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
