解毒生肌方熏洗治疗痔瘘术后并发症随机平行对照研究

目的]观察解毒生肌方熏洗治疗痔瘘术后并发症疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将108例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组54例高锰酸钾0.5g溶于温水2500mL,15~20min/次,2次/d,早晚超声雾化熏洗仪熏洗。治疗组54例解毒生肌方(苦参、黄柏、黄连各30g,大黄60g,当归、赤芍、乳香制、没药、地榆、槐花、白芷、黄芪、延胡索各15g,五倍子、枯矾、朴硝各30g,冰片5g),1剂/d,水煎500~1000mL,15~20min/次,早晚超声雾化熏洗仪熏洗。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、时间指标(疼痛、创面渗血、创面水肿消失,新生上皮显露、创面愈合)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈20例,显效18例,有效15例,无效1例,总有效率98.15%。对照组痊愈13例,显效11例,有效21例,无效9例,总有效率83.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。各项时间指标治疗组少于对照组(P0.05)。结论]解毒生肌方熏洗治疗痔瘘术后并发症疗效显著,值得推广。
