中医综合护理小儿流行性腮腺炎随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察中医综合护理小儿流行性腮腺炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组60例常规护理。治疗组60例中医护理:1中药(茅根、芦根各30g,葛根15g),冷水浸泡30min,水煎100mL,倒出,加水再煎100mL,调和,2次/d;2食疗(核桃仁1000g,补骨脂500g),磨粉,蜜调和,晨起温水送服一大匙,禁羊肉;杏仁去皮研细100g,粳米50g,适量冰糖,煮粥,温热服用;甜杏仁炒250g,清水煮1h,加入核桃仁250g,搅匀煮沸可服用;3按摩护理:取小天心穴,1min/次,按摩3~5次;风池、风府穴,各揉10次;运太阳,按揉3~5min;大椎穴,按、推、揉30~50次;推三关,食指、拇指合并使用,自下向上推拿100~300次;4情志护理:针对不同年龄患儿生理及心理特点予不同护理干预,恐惧、紧张等不良情绪予安慰鼓励。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、腮腺肿胀、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈38例,有效20例,无效2例,总有效率96.67%。对照组痊愈24例,有效28例,无效8例,总有效率86.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]中医综合护理小儿流行性腮腺炎效果显著,值得推广。
