针灸联合千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎随机平行对照研究

目的]观察针灸联合千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将76例门诊患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组38例千金片,0.64g/次,2次/d。治疗组38例针灸:主穴:血海、归来、足三里、子宫穴、阴陵泉、关元、三阴交、中极,用2寸(或1.5寸)毫针,选血海、关元、归来、三阴交、中极穴,经捻转提插,至有轻度腹胀感;针刺子宫穴,可选择阳性反应物或穴周有压痛感部位,用平补平泻法,得气后,留针30min,1次/d;药物治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、经期不调、下腹坠胀、不良反应。治疗3疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈30例,有效7例,无效1例,总有效率97.37%。对照组痊愈25例,有效6例,无效7例,总有效率81.58%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]针灸联合千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎效果显著,值得推广。
