电针联合艾灸治疗顽固性失眠37例临床观察

目的]观察电针联合艾灸治疗顽固性失眠疗效。方法]采用前瞻性设计方法,对37例门诊患者使用1电针(神门、足三里、太溪、三阴交等),常规局部消毒,2寸毫针百会,攒竹、神门、内关,三阴交、足三里、太冲、太溪,顺序进行针刺,进针后行针得气,使用电针治疗仪,留针30min。2艾灸,以神阙穴为中心,在腹部放上带有两节艾条的艾灸盒,如温度升高,难以耐受,将艾灸盒缓慢平行移动,1次/d。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、睡眠时间、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]痊愈10例,显效14例,有效9例,无效4例,总有效率达89.19%。结论]电针联合艾灸治疗顽固性失眠,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。
