| 摘 要： | 冠心病的发生发展与脾胃关系密切,归纳为感受寒邪、饮食不当、情志失调、脏腑不和,分型为心脾气血两虚、阳虚湿盛、痰瘀互结、肝胃不和四型,临床根据不同证型及临床表现,分别予以归脾汤、苓桂术甘汤合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤、小陷胸汤、平胃散、柴胡疏肝汤、六君子汤等辨证论治,同时重视健运脾胃。

| Abstract: | the occurrence and development is closely related to coronary heart disease of spleen and stomach, summarized as feeling cold evil, improper diet, emotional disorders, and discord, type two deficiency, Yang deficiency of heart and blood of dampness, phlegm and blood stasis, liver stomach disharmony type four, clinical according to different syndromes and clinical manifestations are Guipi Decoction, Lingguizhugan Decoction Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction, Xiaoxianxiong decoction, Pingwei Powder and ChaiHuShuGan decoction, decoction of six noble drugs andtreatment based on syndrome differentiation, while focusing on the invigorating spleen and stomach. |
