辨证分型治疗眩晕60例临床观察

[目的]观察辨证分型治疗眩晕疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计,将60例门诊及住院患者辨证分型治疗。气血亏虚治以补益心脾,培补气血,方用归脾汤(黄芪、党参20g,白术10g,茯神、当归、酸枣仁炒各15g,远志10g,龙眼肉15g,木香、甘草各10g,大枣10枚),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;肾精亏虚,方用补肾定眩汤(枸杞子30g,菊花、熟地各15g,山药30g,菟丝子、女贞子各15g,肉苁蓉20g,山萸肉15g,杜仲10g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚分服。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、眩晕、眼球震颤、平衡障碍、神经异常、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈46例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率93.33%。[结论]辨证分型治疗眩晕效果显著,值得推广。

Kidney essence deficiency, side by kidney Dingxuan soup（Gouqizi30g, Juhua,Shu di15 g,Sahnyao30g,Tusizi,Nvzhenzi15 g,Roucongrong20g, Sahnyurou 15 g, Duzhong10g）, 1/d, decoction 300 m L, morning and evening hours service. 60 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, to improve the situation, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] cured 46 cases, 10 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 93.33%. [Conclusion]Differential Diagnosis and Treatment of vertigo effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
