丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病随机平行对照研究

目的]观察丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。能量合剂、限制脂质摄入量,高血脂、高血压、糖尿病等对症治疗。对照组50例红花注射液15mL+5%葡萄糖250mL,静滴。治疗组50例丹参川芎嗪注射液10mL+5%葡萄糖250mL,静滴。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血液流变指标(全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、全血还原高切黏度、全血还原低切黏度、血浆黏度)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组基本痊愈42例,显著进步5例,进步2例,无变化1例,恶化0例,总有效率98.00%。对照组基本治愈22例,显著进步8例,进步8例,无变化10例,恶化2例,总有效率76.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。血液流变学指标改善治疗组治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective] To observe Salvia Ligustrazine Injection efficacy of treatment of isehemic cerebrovascular disease. Method ] using random parallel control method, 100 cases of ballot law by simple outpatient randomized into two groups. Mannitol, energy mixture, etc., for the symptomatic treatment of complications, high blood lipid lowering drugs while limiting intake of antihypertensive drugs for high blood pressure, diabetes and other hypoglycemie agents for basic treatment. Control group, 50 eases of safflower injection 15mL ＋ 5% Dextrose Injection 250mL, intravenous infusion. TMP treatment group, 50 cases of Salvia Injection 10mL ＋ 5% Dextrose Injection 250mL, intravenous infusion. 15d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, blood biochemical parameters （ blood high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity of whole blood, whole blood reduced high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity reduction of whole blood, plasma viscosity ）, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. Results ] 42 cases treated basically recovered, significant progress in five cases, advances two cases, no change in one case, the deterioration of 0 cases, the total efficiency of 98.00%. Basically cured 22 cases in the control group, significant progress in eight cases, progress eight cases, no change in 10 cases, the deterioration of two cases, the total efficiency of 76.00%. Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Hemorheology group to improve the treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Salvia Ligustrazine Injection treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease efficacy significantly, worthy of promotion.
