百令胶囊联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病随机平行对照研究

目的]观察百令胶囊联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊及住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。胰岛素控制血糖,辛伐他汀进行降血脂,同时予饮食指导,低蛋白饮食,控制热量。对照组50例氯沙坦钾,50mg/次,1次/d;复方a-酮酸,3.15g/次,3次/d。治疗组50例百令胶囊,1g/次,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(Alb)、不良反应。连续治疗6疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈5例,显效20例,有效19例,无效6例,总有效率88.00%。对照组痊愈1例,显效17例,有效15例,无效17例,总有效率66.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]百令胶囊联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病效果显著,值得推广。

Bailing Capsule Combined with Western Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy Randomized Parallel Group Study

Objective] To observe the Bailing Capsule Combined with Western Medicine diabetic nephropathy. Methods]Random parallel control method, 100 outpatients and inpatients by lottery method is simple randomized into two groups. Insulin to control blood sugar, cholesterol-lowering simvastatin, while I dietary guidance, low-protein diet, control the heat. A control group of 50 patients losartan potassium, 50mg/times, 1 times/d. Compound a-keto acid, 3.15g/time, 3 times/d. Treatment group of 50 patients Bailing Capsule, 1g/time, 3 times/d. Western medicine with the control group. 60 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, serum creatinine（Scr）, blood urea nitrogen（BUN）, hemoglobin（Hb）, albumin（Alb）, adverse reactions. 6 courses of continuous treatment to determine efficacy. Results] The cure five cases, 20 cases markedly effective in 19 cases, six cases, the total efficiency of 88.00%.Cured one case in the control group, 17 cases markedly effective in 15 cases, 17 cases, the total efficiency of 66.00%. Treatment group than the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion]Bailing Capsule Combined with Western Medicine diabetic nephropathy effect is remarkable, worthy of promotion.
