刺血拔罐联合推拿治疗急性腰扭伤50例临床观察

[目的]观察刺血拔罐联合推拿治疗急性腰扭伤疗效。[方法]采用前瞻性设计对50例门诊患者刺血拔罐:取腰阳关、局部压痛点、委中、昆仑;或取腰俞、腰阳关、委中;或腰俞、委中、腰阳关、后溪以及腰部压痛点;俯卧位,常规消毒,三棱针点刺后拔罐,留罐15~20min,1~3d一次,瘀血尽则止。推拿:主要手法:点法、按法、压法、揉法、擦法、推法、滚法、拍法、斜扳法;俯卧位,沿督脉及两侧膀胱经进行推法、揉法、滚法、擦法治疗;腰部穴位及压痛点进行点法、按法、压法治疗;然后坐位或侧卧位进行斜扳治疗;最后虚掌拍打背部两侧经脉及督脉。30min/次,1次/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、腰腿功能、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈47例,有效3例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。[结论]刺血拔罐联合推拿治疗急性腰扭伤效果显著,值得推广。
